Return Policy

  • At Honored Heirlooms Woodworking, we craft furniture to shape your home’s soul, creating sanctuaries for memories and relaxation. We stand behind our work and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, review our return policy below.

    Return Eligibility

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard, non-custom furniture.

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized furniture is non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

    • For defective or damaged items, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return or replacement.

    How to Return an Item

    1. Email us at info@honoredheirlooms.com with your order number and reason for return.

    2. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

    3. Securely package the item in its original packaging and include the return authorization form.

    4. Ship the item to: Honored Heirlooms Woodworking, 7024 Roundtree Rd. Falls Church, VA 22042

    Refunds and Shipping

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

    • For defective or damaged items, we cover return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

    • A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover handling costs.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If your furniture arrives damaged or incorrect, please email info@honoredheirlooms.com within 7 days with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
